In-Season Salted Shiitake and Vegetable Bowl

What, you don't want to leave the house? That's fine! Just reach your hand out the kitchen window and pluck these ingredients from your garden for dinner. How convenient and nutritious! This meal takes about 7 minutes to prepare and cook; a jiffy in the scheme of your evening. And because this dish contains in-season ingredients, you're guaranteed to get the most taste for your buck! So what are you waiting for? Let's hit the garden and get to cooking!

Ingredients:
5 green beans
1/2 cup whole Shiitake mushrooms
1 yellow onion (in-season alt. 1 cup spring onions)
1 handful baby spinach
1 tbsp olive oil/olive oil spray/butter
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper (optional)

Directions: (serves 1; prep. time: 2 minutes, cooking time: 5 minutes)
Finely chop your onions and peel your Shiitake mushrooms. Sauté them and your baby spinach and green beans with olive oil or butter in a pan, on 'medium heat'. Stir occasionally. When your vegetables are cooked to your liking, spoon them into your favorite bowl and grind salt and pepper on top. Lastly, enjoy your steamy, in-season goodness!
