Wake Up Right: Coffee in the A.M.
Although coffee has been controversial since the beginning of time, due to its high caffeine levels, it still manages to religiously make its way into my early morning-time routine. Possible benefits of coffee include: stimulated hair growth, relieves post-workout muscle pain, wards off Alzheimer's Disease, increases stamina during exercise, increases awareness and energy, and more. The fact that it's delicious, able to be doctored up with hundreds of spices & creams under the sun, and can be used to antique-stain paper as well as an air freshener is only icing on the cake!
