A Stir 'Fry' for Your Thoughts

This oil-free stir fry is a quick and easy go-to, brilliant for those days when you wish you could just throw a bunch of food in a pan and make magic happen. Well, turns out, you can! This bowl of goodness consists of chopped baby bok choy, shredded carrots, sliced zucchini, diced yellow onion, baby spinach leaves, and pinto beans. After chopping all of your veggies in bite-size pieces, toss them in a flat pan, on 'low,' along with a drizzle of Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid Spray. (Bragg Liquid Aminos is a Kosher, MSG-free, non-GMO, gluten-free, low-sodium soy sauce alternative - and it tastes just like soy sauce!) Stir your veggies until they're soft, then pour them on one side of your favorite decorative bowl. For the beans, I used Simple Truth's organic, BPA-free, non-GMO canned pinto beans. (Bisphenol A (BPA) is a synthetic estrogen found in the epoxy coatings of food cans, and is linked to many health problems; I recommend trying to avoid it when you can.) I had these beauties on the stove just long enough to heat them up, then poured them alongside my colorful Bragg-filled veggies. This process only took me about seven minutes!
After I photographed this bad boy, I sprinkled some Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning on top as well as a few pinches of salt (both are optional, but I must say the Nutritional Yeast does a lot for flavor, as well as is loaded with Vitamin B12.) Mm, mm, mm - no regrets with this meal. It is so balanced - loaded with protein, antioxidants, and immunity-boosting elements that are fresh from Mother Nature. I dare you to make a more colorful dish!
