Any Time is Sushi Time

       You haven't lived until you've made sushi by hand. Invite your friends over and make it a party or wake up at midnight and make it a craving-stopper! Regardless the reason, it's a 'must do!' The ingredients in my roll are vegan because I love antioxidant-packed vegetables way to much. But, hey, you do you and throw in anything you'd like! The options are endless. Here, I have organic cucumbers (excellent source of Vitamin K/C/B1, and biotin), carrots (fiber-rich), red bell pepper (loaded with Vitamin C, beta-carotene, and capsaicin), Jasmine Rice (one of the healthiest of all rice forms because it still contains bran), and nori (seaweed, containing more vitamin C than oranges and anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory properties) sheets. Optional popular goodies to throw in for yourself are avocado/guacamole, hummus, and/or a protein (meat, soybean, seafood, etc.). 
       Not only is this meal nutritious, but it's also so fun to make! After you roll up the ingredients in your nori sheet, slice it into bite-size pieces and dip 'em in soy sauce, Bragg Liquid Amino Acids, and/or your favorite teriyaki sauce! Lastly, as a beautiful topping, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for a final touch! There's a brilliant chance your health and friends will praise you.
